Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services
Uzunu provides business automation consulting services, including:
- System Audits ($199) - Analysis and recommendations for process improvements
- Quick Win Automations ($500-$1,500) - Small-scale automation implementations
- System Builder Projects ($2,500+) - Comprehensive automation solutions
All services are delivered digitally. Timelines and deliverables are specified in each service agreement.
Payment Terms
System Audits: Payment in full required upon purchase. Delivered within 5 business days.
Automation Projects: 50% deposit required to begin work, remaining 50% due upon completion. Projects under $1,000 require full payment upfront.
All payments are processed through Stripe or bank transfer. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy
System Audits: 30-day money-back guarantee if we don't identify at least 2 hours per week in time-saving opportunities.
Automation Projects: No refunds once work has begun. If you're unsatisfied with the deliverables, we'll work with you to address concerns within the project scope.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all custom code, automations, and documentation created specifically for your project.
We retain the right to reuse general methodologies, techniques, and non-specific knowledge gained during our engagement.
Any pre-existing intellectual property or generic components we use remain our property but are licensed to you for use in your project.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business processes, data, or proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Limitations of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Project Scope
Each project's scope is defined in the initial agreement. Additional features or changes outside the agreed scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional costs.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:
- You pay for all work completed up to the termination date
- We deliver all work completed to that point
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
Support
Post-project support is not included unless specified. We offer maintenance packages and hourly support as separate services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page.
